It arrived very quickly, and saved us calling out a commercial drain company £?? it fitted well together and seemed robust enough to do the job. fortunately a friend warned me not reverse wind the rods while extended; thereby losing them. a warning included in the kit would be of real value. the blockage was cleared in 20 minutes, which clearly been there from the previous property owners at least a year back. the packing bag is excellent too. asset for the future & neighbours. many thanks. ted.
